Changes
Repeated reads of Galaxy’s locked callbacks accumulated Swift reabstraction wrappers, eventually overflowing the stack during background observation or active use. Store callback snapshots in nominal lock state so repeated reads keep a constant invocation depth.
This patch release also repairs missing Claude memory MCP registration after GUI installation, distinguishes verified pre-BEGIN database contention from uncertain writes in the Codex learner, and carries forward the previously qualified near-duplicate, transaction, startup, and APFS task-identity fixes. Existing customized MCP servers remain intact; uncertain writes still require reconciliation.
Both dependency lockfiles pin published Lattice Core 2.0.7 with Swift SDK 2.0.0. Release dispatches now send the existing Slack announcement after confirmed publication and fail visibly if Slack does not acknowledge it.
Validation
Release verification
Published 0.14.9 in run 35935762489. All hosted gates passed, including 551 native tests and the full plugin suite. Apple notarization and staple validation succeeded; published assets and plugin contents match their receipts and source. The stable appcast and actual Slack announcement were verified.
